Discipline Management Exam( DOD Exam)

The Deputy School Manager in charge of Discipline, also known as the Discipline Master/Mistress, is the head of the school discipline team. This officer is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing, and monitoring all matters related to student discipline. He/she ensures that a safe, orderly, and supportive learning environment is maintained in the school.

The Discipline Master ensures overall student discipline, supervises co-curricular activities, promotes student welfare, and maintains order throughout the school day. He/she monitors attendance, organizes student leadership and clubs, supports student development programs, and promotes values such as responsibility, respect, and cooperation.
